DJ Suketu - Bin Tere Sanam.
Yuva - Fanaa.
Yuva - Yuva.
Hum Tum - Chak De.
DJ Suketu - Bin Tere Sanam (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED:))

Desi music and remixes are finally coming of age - Specially the faster kind, I am a huge techno/trance fan. I remember listening to Robert Miles, Eiffel 65, Real McCoy, DJ Quicksilver, ATB etc. It used to be a competition between me and raody to see who had the latest collection. They(European DJ's) use to churn out really cool techno stuff in the early and mid 90's but not any more. Its more Rave and soft rock now.

But the DJ Suketu's and the AR rehmans who have grown up listening to that genre of music are now making some of their own. Have always been a BIG fan of AR rehmans music. He is not the traditional composer, he uses different instruments and always tries out non traditional singers. What i love bout most of his songs are the different levels he takes each song to. Rest assured none of his song starts and ends with the same tempo. What helps him is the years he spent in the middle east as a DJ, and the different tunes he has picked up from there.

Another interesting thing about Rehman's music is that i never like his songs when i hear them first, but they ALWAYS grow on me and i am absolutely hooked on to them in no time. The best thing right now bout his music is... ironically his voice, I think the way he uses himself, lucky ali and adnan sami is magical.

My all time favourite AR Rehman song is Ai ajnabee - Dil se:)
